Schedule:  Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm

Salary: $22.00 / hour

Sign On Bonus: $5000; $1666 upon completion of 30 days, $1667 upon completion of 6 months, $1667 upon completion of 1 year

As the PACT Program Assistant you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day to day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.

Other responsibilities include:

Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact Coordinating communication between the team and persons served. Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to question Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures Operating and coordinating the management information system. Perform other duties as assigned
