Responsibilities
Apply cultural sensitivity to all patients, caregivers, and teamsDevelop and implement a nursing care plan for PACU patients Collaborate with other professionals to ensure rooms are prepped with necessary equipment and suppliesDemonstrate kindness and compassion
Qualifications
Associates Degree In NursingSix (6) months Of Experience in Operating Room or experience ICU nurses who want to train in the PACU Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State of Arkansas Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hireMust be able to participate in a rotating call schedule with the ability to report to work within 30 minutes of call.
