JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Responsible for identifying horses in the paddock. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests. • Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests. • Document each piece of equipment a horse wears every time they check into the paddock. • In charge of keeping cars readily available for the NYSRWB if requested. • Help paddock attendant out with daily operations in the paddock. • All other duties as assigned.. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Knowledge of horse racing a plus.
