Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in recreational therapy, gerontology, or a related field preferred. · Previous experience working with older adults, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting, is preferred but not required. · Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members. · Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. · Basic knowledge of recreational and therapeutic activities suitable for older adults.
