Project Management & Operations: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR projects in areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee engagement. Support HR operations, including data maintenance, process improvements, and HR technology implementation
Recruitment & Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support recruiting efforts for internship roles
Event Coordination: Organize HR events (e.g., job fairs, company initiatives), manage logistics, and track attendance
Employee Engagement & Benefits: Assist with communication and tracking of benefits and engagement programs
Administrative & General Support: Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain records, ensure compliance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
Other Duties: Contribute to additional HR initiatives and projects supporting the internship program and Vinfen' s mission
