Job Description

Tasks:

Taking ownership of EDI customer requirements including the implementation of new IT requirements, change requests, testing, consulting on the EDI invoicing process, especially self-billing processMaintain EDI technical documentation and mapping specifications (e.g., VDA, EDIFACT) for the EDI integration between SAP, EDI Manager and trade partnersCooperate with process specialists to understand the business processes and define IT-related business requirementsProvide EDI support to internal departments, including verifying transmissions, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysisCommunicate with external customers regarding EDI technical topicsManaging technical setups in ERP

Qualifications

Profile:

Student of IT related fields;Avaiability of min. 35h per weekInterest in learning about SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processesEagerness to gain knowledge of data exchange standards such as VDA, ODETTE, EDIFACT, and SAP IDOCsDetail-oriented with a commitment to qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent Polish & English, German language is a strong advantage
