Our rapid growth is fueled by our commitment to providing exceptional care, and we are excited to expand our Growth Marketing team to support the increasing needs of our patient families, clinicians, and organization.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven expert in paid media, particularly Google Search/PPC, who is passionate about optimizing campaigns and driving performance improvements. If you thrive on staying ahead of in-channel changes, finding innovative strategies, and leveraging tools to maximize results, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

In this role, you will oversee a substantial advertising budget, working closely with our advertising agency to ensure flawless execution of over $1M in monthly ad spend. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads through innovative paid media strategies that target prospective families, potential new team members, and referring healthcare providers.

Beyond paid media management, you will play a key role in supporting broader marketing efforts, including campaign organization, performance reporting, and data analysis. As this is a new position, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and contribute to the overall success of our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management (Primary Focus):

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Search/PPC, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media campaigns to drive qualified lead generation. Collaborate with and manage the performance of our external advertising agency, ensuring effective, error-free deployment of over $1M in monthly ad spend. Identify and implement new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Marketing Operations (Secondary Focus):

Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign data to identify trends, measure qualified lead (QL) generation, and inform strategic decisions. Track and optimize digital campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, views, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology, digital marketing, ABA guidelines, and data privacy. Evolve our A/B testing strategy, managing the entire process from setup to execution and post-test measurement. Collaborate with key agency partners and internal teams to provide analysis and recommendations based on ongoing marketing performance across test-and-learn programs.

Who You Are:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale Google PPC campaigns, with at least 2 years of experience in other paid media channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Expertise in marketing analytics and automation, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. A creative and innovative problem-solver who is eager to find and test new ways to engage audiences. Experienced in harmonizing data and workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.

What You’ll Bring:

A love for detail and the tenacity to drive projects to successful completion. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, balancing macro-level strategy and micro-level execution. Strong business process acumen, particularly in documentation, mapping, and management. A positive, proactive, and self-starting attitude with a transformational mindset. Strong project management skills, storytelling ability, and a solutions-oriented approach. Passion for our mission to support children on the Autism Spectrum and the clinicians who care for them. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Approachability, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Logistics/Travel:

This role is remote/hybrid, with candidates based in the United States. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who prefer to work in person, with office locations in Austin, TX, or Houston, TX. Travel is primarily limited to quarterly in-person collaboration meetings with the marketing team.
