Paid Media Manager

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing and leading paid media strategies for Hibu’s B2B ABM program. This role will involve selecting and optimizing media channels for budget allocation, targeting ABM objectives, and leveraging input from cross-functional teams across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, X), Connected TV (CTV) and web personalization platforms. The candidate will support all aspects of paid campaign execution, from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis, to campaign innovation and industry trends. This person may manage our affiliate/third party lead gen programs working off a CPL basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including CTV, web personalization, and traditional channels, to achieve lead generation objectives and deliver positive ROI. Coordinate, set up, launch and continuously optimize campaigns Across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social and emerging platforms (including CTV). Work with web and design team to implement web personalization strategies to deliver tailored content experiences aligned with campaign objectives using Terminus Web Personalization Tool. Analyze and report on campaign performance daily, providing deeper dive insights monthly and quarterly, including personalized content performance. Develop and maintain account forecasts, ensuring strict budget management and ROI optimization. Continuously propose and implement optimization tactics to achieve goals, including for CTV and personalized web campaigns. Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and key campaign milestones. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, particularly emerging digital channels such as CTV and new personalization tools. Serve as a thought leader on new digital media channels and drive innovation in paid media strategies. Problem-solving and critical thinking; the ability to develop solutions, seek multiple alternatives, and present recommendations Support and optimize third-party affiliate programs, managing relationships and ensuring successful lead gen efforts.Qualifications:
5 + years of experience managing Paid Search, Display, Social Ads, and CTV campaigns Deep tactical expertise across digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and emerging platforms experience (CTV preferred but not required Confidence and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation strategies and personalized content delivery. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor campaigns, interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and campaign tracking tools Proficiency in data tools: Excel, Power BI (Preferred but not required), Google Analytics, and marketing analytics platforms. Experience with Terminus (preferred but not required) or other ABM platforms. Familiarity with CTV platforms, including performance tracking and ROI analysis (preferred but not required). Experience with affiliate marketing programs, relationship management, and optimization. Ability to independently and collaboratively within a team. “Can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and deliver results.
