You know your way around Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms like the back of your hand, and you don’t just set and forget—you analyze, optimize, and scale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: + Launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks. + Obsessively tracking performance—because if you’re not checking your dashboards daily, what are you even doing? + A/B testing everything—ad copy, creative, bid strategies, targeting. You don’t guess; you test. + Budget pacing and allocation—keeping spend efficient, shifting dollars where they work best, and making sure we never light money on fire. + Collaborating with creative and content teams to make sure ads don’t just look good—they convert. + Providing insights that matter—real performance data, not just vanity metrics. + Staying ahead of platform changes—because Google and Meta love moving the goalposts, and you’re always two steps ahead. The team you will be joining: This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. (https://www.onlogic.com/company/careers/life-at-onlogic/) Requirements + 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. + Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. + A love for the grind—you thrive in-platform, making real-time adjustments. + Analytical to the core—you make decisions based on data, not just vibes. + Competitive—you chase efficiency and performance like it’s your personal mission. + Detail-oriented—because one extra zero in your daily budget can ruin everything. + Proficient in Google Analytics, or any tool that helps you prove your greatness. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
