As a Paid Media Strategist, you will act as a subject matter expert, working directly with our enterprise-level clients to advance their paid media strategy, develop robust campaign plans, and measure and maximize impact to their business. A successful Strategist brings a strong bias for action, drive to succeed, and an analytical mindset, always testing and learning to grow performance.
Responsibilities
Strategic consulting: Identifying and proposing campaign opportunities, based on business, market, and industry insight, to executive-level points of contact.Campaign planning: Completing audience research and segmentation planning, selecting a channel mix, and outlining messaging strategy.Goal setting and ROI modeling: Setting business-level and campaign-level goals for campaign launches and outlining our approach to measuring success.Performance management: Assessing and responding to campaign performance in order to glean insights and drive growth in performance.New business acquisition: Acting as a subject matter expert throughout our sales process to secure new business for the team.Leadership and development: Coaching junior-level team members to advance our expertise as a team.Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional paid media experience requiredExperience with a combination of the following channels and platforms:Paid social: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, NextdoorProgrammatic display: Google Ads, Basis, The Trade DeskPaid search: Google Ads, Microsoft AdsIndustries with a longer buying cycle, including B2B and healthcareManagement of $1M+ annual media budgetsThird-party tools for campaign launch, management, and reportingDeveloping detailed testing plans, including A/B and multivariant testingAdvanced measurement approaches and tools, like offline conversion tracking, conversions APIs, and attribution modeling#LI-DNI

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $61,100.00 - $101,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
