We’re seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager with expertise in lead generation campaigns within the legal industry. In this role, you’ll manage paid search initiatives designed to drive leads for our business in key legal practice areas, with a particular focus on the Personal Injury sector.
This position requires deep knowledge of national and local search strategies, as well as a strong track record in developing and scaling campaigns into new geographic markets. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing, with a focus on qualified lead generation for our legal business.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing of keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Design and execute strategies to expand local campaigns into new geographic markets, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Monitor and optimize local search campaigns to improve visibility and lead quality in targeted areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overarching business goals and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in paid search to incorporate best practices and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders, highlighting performance, optimizations, and strategic insights.
- Manage Google Local Service Ads (LSAs) across a number of markets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of paid search experience (preferably in the legal industry, though not required).
- Proven expertise in lead generation campaigns with demonstrated success driving high-quality leads through paid search.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Local Service Ads (LSAs) and local campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for ROI.
- Experience scaling campaigns into new geographic markets to support business growth.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
