Window Nation is seeking a tenacious and adept Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search, PPC, SEM) with 4-5 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms (AdWords, Bing, etc.). In this growth role success will be measured by driving targeted high-quality traffic that efficiently converts leads into down-funnel revenue. Core Role Responsibilities Collaborate on comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networksConduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms to improve campaign performanceCreate and optimize PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience(s)Help with forecasting monthly performance Help with managing budget allocations and bid strategies to effectively achieve campaign goalsProvide regular reports, actionable insights, and recommendations for optimizations to maximize ROASConduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad copy, ad relevance, landing pages, quality scores, and conversion rates, and provide post-mortem analysesStay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, emerging PPC tools and techniques, and industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring complianceBasic QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, search engine marketing, and pay-per-click advertisingProficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platformsStrong knowledge of search engine marketing best practices, including keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid managementCareful attention to detail.
