Paid Social Manager
Join Gopuff as Paid Social Manager, where you will be responsible for strategising and executing Gopuff’s paid social advertising strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
You will play a key role in optimising ad spend, launching innovative campaigns, and enhancing Gopuff’s brand presence across social platforms. As part of the Growth team, you will report to the Acquisition Manager and collaborate closely with teams across Digital Merchandising, Analytics and Category Management. You Will:Develop, execute, and refine Gopuff’s paid social strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.Lead the creation and optimisation of performance-driven paid social campaigns, leveraging data and insights to reduce CAC and meet growth objectives.Identify trends, test new platforms and formats, and deploy innovative strategies to drive Gopuff’s paid social success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Revenue Operations, to align paid social efforts with broader brand and growth goals.Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale successful initiatives.Manage paid social budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver high-quality results.Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling ad assets that maximise ROI and high quality customer acquisition.Work alongside the Acquisition Manager to identify and implement strategies that increase new customer acquisition and brand awareness.You Have:Proven experience in a senior paid social or performance marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Expertise in managing paid social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.), with a track record of delivering measurable results.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to optimise campaigns, report to senior stakeholders and inform strategy.The ability to ensure paid social efforts not only achieve platform metrics but also drive meaningful business performance, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and brand equity.A creative mindset with the ability to balance performance-driven goals with brand-building initiatives.Hands-on experience with campaign tools, audience segmentation, and A/B testing (i.e. Smartly, Skai)Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines effectively.Benefits:Company RSU’s (Company Shares)Private Medical + Dental CoverAnnual Performance Appraisal and BonusEmployee Discount + FAM MembershipCareer Growth OpportunitiesCompany Summary & EEOC Statement:At Gopuff, we know that life can be unpredictable.
