Join our Digital Marketing team in the Nordics and become a key player as a Paid Social Specialist. We're seeking someone with a driven talent for crafting and implementing paid social and YouTube campaigns across our diverse portfolio of entertainment brands.

In this role, you'll work strategically and hands-on with paid campaigns, collaborating closely with Marketing teams Managers for Disney+, Studio, and other key business areas. Your expertise will be essential in developing effective buying strategies across various digital platforms. You’ll also be in charge of completing the buying directly.

Operating at the heart of our digital operations in the Nordics, you'll be involved in crafting the digital presence of all our lines of business, including Disney+, Theatrical, Retail, and more. This means you'll have the opportunity to impact all four markets: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week. This role can be based in any of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Helsinki.

What You Will Do

Planning and execution of Paid Social campaigns (brief, budget allocation and setting up campaigns – from forecast to execution)

Ongoing optimization of paid campaigns to ensure fulfilment of targets

Drive a data audience-first approach when planning.

Utilising data and insights to achieve outstanding digital campaigns; analysis of Social Media reports on a weekly/monthly/campaign basis

Social media and digital marketing support for key team members and brands.

Support marketing teams with paid media campaigns for the local market, and help them optimizing the media spend according

Provide social media analytics support for presentations, business pitches and Annual Operating Plan planning.

Integrate and align social opportunities across the business (e.g. Disney+, Studio, Channel, Retail)

Lead an ongoing ‘test and learn’ optimisation programme to improve performance on our campaigns

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations

Develop performance reports that get distributed to regional and local colleagues; ability to benchmark and contextualize results within local market landscape

Required Qualifications & Skills

Significant work experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in a managerial position on client side / inhouse side or within a digital / advertising agency

Strong experience across most aspects of social media marketing (media planning, use and data implementation from campaigns)

Specialist experience in running paid social campaigns from start to finish, supervising and optimizing during campaign period.

Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, META advertising platforms

Experienced in the different social media backend systems (Business Manager, Snapchat, TikTok) as well as in the backend administration to implement media buying on various social platforms

Experience working within a broader digital marketing ecosystem and associated teams

Strategic mind-set; you are confident in translating business priorities into digital marketing activities

Skilled in understanding and use Digital and social media data and tracking

Structured work approach and with strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

Strong collaborator, communicator and confident working with various inhouse and external teams

Proficient language skills in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) as well as excellent English skills
