Compensation Negotiable Position Details: + Location - Charlotte, NC + ASAP Start After Credenitaling - 60-90 Days + Prefered One Year Commitment + Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm + No Call, No Nights, No Weekends + Cases: Transforaminal epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations. Preference for provider to be able to perform spinal cord stimulators (trails and placements) and peripheral nerve stimulators (trials and placements). + EMR - EPIC + State Licensure in NC or IMLC Required + Pain Management Fellowship Required.
