ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance.Perform duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.Use tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes to assemble stated requirements.Process inspection, certification, and documentation.Maintain warehouse equipment.Essential Skills2+ years of paint experience.Lead or supervising experience.Proficiency in the use of tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lead a 5-person team on the 2nd shift.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is not temperature-controlled but does have numerous shipping doors open and a recently invested $400k air circulation system to provide better air quality. The facility is a metal shop, so expect it to be dirtier than typical environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
