**Job Title: Paint, Pack, & Ship Lead** **Job Description** Join a global leader in emission and silencing solutions for stationary natural gas and diesel reciprocating engines. This company serves a variety of industries including power generators, marine (ships), gas turbines, and more. **Responsibilities** + Meet and exceed standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance. + Perform duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control. + Use tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes to assemble stated requirements. + Process inspection, certification, and documentation. + Maintain warehouse equipment. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of paint experience. + Lead or supervising experience. + Proficiency in the use of tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lead a 5-person team on the 2nd shift. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 3 weeks of PTO right from the start, a structured pay raise, and competitive benefits including a 401k match.
