Temp-to-Hire position$16.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)Load and unload products off of jigs as they move down the assembly line.Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.Assist with training new operators as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.Paint Operator/ Viewer Qualifications:
6-12 months of Manufacturing or Assembly required.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable using various hand tools and machinery.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
