**Job Title: Paint Prep Laborer** **Job Description** Prepare all jobs as directed by the Service Manager. Perform body work, paint prep, seam sealing, and masking of bodies as required on all jobs that come to the paint shop. **Responsibilities** + Prep all jobs as directed by the Service Manager + Perform body work, paint prep, seam seal, and masking of bodies as required + Use minor hand tools as required + Paint interior and exterior of body, chassis, and miscellaneous parts + Mix paint using a computer system + Proficiently use pressure pots and guns **Essential Skills** + Painting + Paint prep + Industrial painting + Spray gun and HVLP proficiency + Experience with paint booth operations + Prepping and sanding + Machine operating **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to mix paint with a computer system + Proficient use of pressure pots and guns + Knowledge of EPA regulations + Ability to spray multiple coatings + Experience with epoxy primers and multi-spec **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
