**Paint Prep Technician** **Job Description** + As a Prep Technician, you will perform final paint preparations, clean trucks, detail vehicles, apply final paint touches, assemble newly painted parts, and place decals. + This role requires climbing underneath trucks and utilizing rolling ladders to access the tops of trucks and booms. + Masks or respirators will be provided for safety. + 1st shift: 5am-2:30 M-Th : 5am-1:30pm Friday **Work Environment** + You will work in a very busy, large company that places a strong emphasis on safety. + The paint building is fast-paced, high-demand, and pressure-filled, requiring standing and repetitive physical work for 8-12 hours per day. + This is a numbers-driven environment with mandatory deadlines, which means overtime is sometimes required to meet high-speed demands. + You will be working with sanders throughout the shift, resulting in a very dusty environment where masks or respirators are provided. **_Clean Climate Controlled Working Area_** **_Great 401k and Benefits_** **Interviewing and hiring right now!** **_This position is looking to start ASAP_** **If you are interested in this role, please apply with resume or call the number listed below** ****Great chance to learn a new skill to advance your career!!**** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
