Description
The Painter role within Real Estate Operations will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, and other surfaces.
In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders throughout Citizens portfolio within an assigned geography area of locations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and other itemsMaking on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.Filling cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g., plaster)Mixing paint and other materials to prepare the right color or textureApplying varnish and other finishesCompleting work order correctly with minimal call backs Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials Responsibility for maintaining bank vehicleBenefits

3 or more years of commercial painting experienceExcellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and applySolid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniquesAptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)Conscientious with great attention to detailCompetent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and WordAbility to travel as requiredGood written and communications skills Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairsAbility to work in confined spacesAbility to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritize workloadEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
