Responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance duties such as wall repair (Stucco, textured), painting, and supporting the Engineering team with different tasks. Previous engineering/painting experience is a plus. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary. Capable of performing effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential. Enjoys collaborative team environments. Flexible schedule availability, potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues. Effective problem-solving skills with a tactful approach. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-75 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., including carrying loads on stairs. Your Role: Preparing surfaces: Cleaning, scraping, wire brushing, steam cleaning, or abrasive blast cleaning surfaces. Applying coatings: Using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment to apply under and finish coats of paint. Maintaining equipment: Cleaning, performing routine maintenance, and repairing equipment. Examining finished surfaces: Verifying conformance to specifications and retouching any defective areas. Your daily routine involves conducting detailed assessments to identify areas requiring care and attention. Whether replicating existing patterns or crafting new ones, you ensure seamless integration of repairs.
