Job DescriptionThe Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.
Responsibilities Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basisKeep the hotel decor in good conditionClean all work areas after completing jobHave a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergenciesHave a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulationsOther duties as assigned or requiredKeep outside curbs paintedKeep all guest corridors in good repair Qualifications 1 year of previous experience as a commercial painter preferredMust have flexible availabilityAbility to work in the interior and exterior of the hotel and work with paints, plaster and other painting materialsAttention to detail is importantAbility to clearly communicate
