**Job Description** We are seeking 3 dedicated candidates to join our expanding 2nd shift team in the powder coat department. 2nd shift hours are from 1 pm to 9:30 pm. Pay will start at $17/hr. + Given our current high workload, we need individuals who can efficiently apply powder paint to parts and place them on the drying rack. + Ideal candidates will have experience with powder coating, though training is available. + The paint department consists of 4 team members: 2 in the booth spray painting, 1 loading the paint rack, and 1 unloading. + Parts typically weigh between 10-15 pounds, with a maximum weight of 40lbs. + Team members will rotate roles at every break to ensure variety and reduce fatigue. + The position requires availability during the week and potentially on weekends. **Important Skills** + Powder coating application + Spray painting + Handling parts up to 40 pounds + Teamwork + Adaptability + Attention to detail **Work Environment** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). This is a fully on-site position in Spring Lake, Michigan.
