**Industrial Painter** **Paying $24 / HR - $32 / HR** **Location - Portland, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Industrial painting for structural steel assemblies, mixing paints per specifications sheet, prep of material prior to painting, knowledge of sandblasting or grinding/deburr preferred. + Painting parts out of place, on a ladder, out of position. Must be OK with moving around part in awkward positions to apply paint correctly. + Will be responsible for mixing their own paint per specifications list and instructions, may be required to look at drawings but don't need to be an expert. Paints are liquid-based. **Qualifications:** + Previous industrial painting experience before (with airless sprayer or other non-brush painting systems). + Must be comfortable using a ladder, balancing, and reaching hard to find places. **Environment/ Shift:** + Local shop that does structural projects but also supports national operations for structural conveying systems used in mining. The majority of projects done out of this shop will be supporting structural/architectural/construction projects. + Day Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F. + Swing Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm M-F. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Great company culture, very little turnover with core crew.
