Direct Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Unpack the product using a process that allows you to reuse the original packaging material.Disassemble window and door products without damage.Follow a specific process to keep the fasteners and other parts organized so they can be matched up with the product when reassembly is required.Stain windows/doors to match expected color the customer has approved.Spray sealer/primer and lacquer/paint in Garmat spray booth.Painter Qualifications:
High school diploma/GEDAbility to use cordless drill, masking tape tool and hand sanding pads required.Knowledge of general construction applications (window and door applications preferred)3-5 years of prior industrial painting experience working with wood painting, spraying products required.Knowledge of painting with multiple step processes (required)Experience staining and prepping (required)Experience working in paint booth (required)Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
