We are currently in need of a Full-Time Painter for our Maintenance Department!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
All employees are expected to perform any work that is needed as determined by a supervisor or manager.
This position primarily involves the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for own tools and safe practices with all tools.Responsible to respond in a timely manner to work requests.Cleans up after work of maintenance is completed or at the end of the day.Must have a good working knowledge of painting, drywall installation / repair, patchingMaintains records on repairs and painting projects, etc.Prioritizes work orders and requests by department.Responsible for all equipment, building, and office maintenance for the facilityOperates all tools (hand or electric) properly and safelyResponsible for employee injury prevention, follows safety rules, wears PPE properly and addresses safety issues with supervisor.All other duties as assigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, at minimum. Must have 3-5 years related experience working in a maintenance capacity.Must be able to meet the physical and sensory requirement standards.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
