IMMEDIATELY HIRING a PAINTER to work in a manufacturing environment in a FULL TIME position on 1st shift. We are seeking a Painter to clean and paint a variety of plastic, fiberglass, and metal parts. The role also includes routine duties to manually cut sheet material and die cut material for molding and/or molded products. Prior painting experience is required, some type of manufacturing/ production experience, and using a spray gun would make a good fit for this role. Need to be reliable and be able to commit to working 40hrs a week, long term opportunity, and can start immediately.

ResponsibilitiesClean and paint various plastic, fiberglass, and metal parts.Manually cut sheet material and die cut material for molding and/or molded products.Work from process sheets, written and/or verbal instructions.Obtain inserts from storage area and load in basket.Hand dip inserts in the appropriate solution.Sandblast parts by hand or in tumbler to prepare for painting if necessary.Load or unload insert boards or fixtures for painting by hand, spray gun, or machine.Check work and place processed parts in plastic bags with identification tags.Place finished parts on designated shelves.Use spray gun, spray machine, and sandblaster.Cut sheet material with scissors to size.Select die using process sheet number and set up clicker in clicker machine.Check work and place processed material in designated location.Essential SkillsOver 6 months of experience painting in a manufacturing environment.Experience with production, painting, and using a spray gun.General labor skills.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
