**Job Title: Powdercoat Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint Operator on the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for racking and unracking parts for prepping and post-painting processes, washing and cleaning parts, and powdercoat painting various parts ranging in size from hand-held items to full-sized trailer beds. This role requires a willingness to learn new techniques and processes while maintaining a strong focus on safety. **Responsibilities** + Rack and unrack parts for prepping and after the painting process + Wash and clean parts for paint + Powdercoat paint parts of various sizes + Learn and apply new techniques and processes + Perform all work safely **Essential Skills** + Experience with blueprint reading + Proficiency in using tape measures + Skilled in using hand tools + Experience with power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn is essential + Experience in prep work, blasting, powdercoating, or pressure cleaning is preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller-sized company that values its employees and offers opportunities for growth and training from within. Paint and blast operations are conducted in a separate building. You will be on your feet most of the day and generally work as part of a team of 2-3 people per project. Long sleeves are preferred, and uniforms will be issued for long-term employees. The night shift runs from 4pm to 3am, Monday through Thursday, with potential additional hours on Fridays.
