Job Description

As a painter, you will utilize the Plex system to determine product specifications and follow established procedures. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be using pneumatic tools, grinders, air ratchets, and impact guns. You will be responsible for preparing products for paint, completing prime and paint procedures according to instructions, and maintaining daily production logs. The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift over 35 lbs.

Work Environment

The facility currently employs 120 people and is expanding to add three total shifts. The older facility is split into two buildings and can be loud, dirty, and hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Employees will work in specific departments with a supervisor and set team. The facility includes larger areas of CNC machinery, weld booths, and racking systems. Efforts are ongoing to upgrade the facility. Steel toes are required for the day shift position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dyer, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.40 - $21.40/hr.
