Job Title: Industrial Painter – Fabrication Shop

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking Industrial Painter to join our team in a busy fabrication shop specializing in 18-wheelers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for industrial painting, and we offer weekly pay, insurance benefits, and plenty of opportunities for growth and raises as you advance in your role. In this position, you’ll be responsible for prepping and painting materials used in truck and trailer fabrication. Whether you're experienced with spray guns, blasting, or industrial paint prep, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare materials and surfaces for painting by cleaning, smoothing, and prepping.Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring even, high-quality coverage.Operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.Follow safety procedures while working with industrial paint and chemicals.Keep your work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and production goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with industrial painting or paint prep is a plus, but not required.Familiarity with spray guns, blasting equipment, and other painting tools is helpful.Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering top-quality finishes.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and follow instructions.Team player with a positive attitude.

Experience Level:

Entry-Level – No prior experience is required, but any background in industrial painting or paint preparation is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
