In this role you will be responsible for providing touch ups and helping with unit flips to help keep our community within quality standards.

Job DescriptionPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.Execute drywall repairs and ensure proper surface preparation before painting.Perform frame carpentry tasks as needed to support painting projects.Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and surface preparation.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and perform basic maintenance as required.Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications1+ Years of experienceProficiency in commercial painting techniques with a focus on quality finishes.Experience with stucco application and maintenance is preferred.Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations related to painting tasks.
