Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing steel beams and bridge components for painting by performing tasks such as sandblasting, sanding, and surface prep. You will also apply powder coatings and liquid-based paints to various metal surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep steel beams and components for painting (sandblasting, sanding, etc.).Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting tools.Mix paints and powder coatings to specifications.Perform general maintenance of equipment and maintain a clean work area.Work on fabrication projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and safe operations.

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in sanding, blasting, or prepping metals for painting.1-4 years of experience with industrial painting (powder coating and liquid paints).Proficient in using spray guns and sandblasting equipment.Ability to mix and apply coatings with precision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
