**Job Title: Powder Coat Painter** **1st shift: 5:00-3:30pm M-TH $21 - $25** **Job Description** Will be painting on metals for custom fitness equipment **Responsibilities** + Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations. + Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities. + Understand and apply continuous improvement opportunities of paint processes. + Maintain paint equipment in good operating order. + Train in the paint booth for powder coat painting. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of painting experience. + Experience with powder coat painting preferred. + Experience in commercial or residential painting. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. + Ability to bend, twist, or turn repeatedly throughout the shift. + Good work history, even if it is not in manufacturing. + Effective communication skills. + Good memorization skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a robust benefits package including a 401k with a match up to 4% and profit sharing depending on company profits. Paint suits are air-conditioned, making this the most comfortable position in the shop during hot summer days. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
