**Job Title: Painter** **Responsibilities** + Design and develop painting systems and procedures for HVAC projects, selecting appropriate coatings for different materials and environments. + Coach and mentor Painter 1s and Painter 2s, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their skills. + Inspect HVAC components and systems to determine the best approach for painting, including surface preparation, coating selection, and application techniques. + Manage and coordinate painting schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective use of resources. + Perform complex painting tasks, including intricate detailing, high-durability coatings, and protective finishes. + Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring finished surfaces meet aesthetic, functional, and durability requirements. + Ensure that all painting work complies with company quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols. + Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and performing preventive maintenance as needed. + Stay current with new painting technologies, materials, and industry best practices, implementing improvements as needed. + Follow instructions and work under the supervision of more experienced painters. + Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency. **Location: Mesa, AZ** **Pay Rate: $25-27/hour** **Employee Value Proposition:** + Competitive salary with STIP (earn up to 2000$ with short term bonus incentive plan). + Air-conditioned manufacturing facility + Medical, dental, and vision insurance. + 401 K. + Employee assistance program. + Paid time off. + A dynamic team, open to change to bring its color. + Modern state of the art facility with industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona. + Being part of a green industry transformation. + Fast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognized. + Inclusive and diversity-friendly environment. + Career advancement: XNRGY promotes internal promotion. + Electric charging stations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in painting, with at least 2–3 years in an experienced painter role. + Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects and mentor junior painters. + Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes. + Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. + Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting. **Work Environment:** + Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. + Able to stand; walk; stoop, kneel or crouch, as required. + Able to climb portable ladder + Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required + Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. \#AeroJobsXNRGY **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
