**Hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Industrial Painters!** **Job Description** We have two openings for skilled painters to join our team. One position is for the **2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM** and the other is for the **3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM** . The starting rate is **$27.41 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential.** **Responsibilities** + Use liquid paint spray equipment, mix and thin paint, and maintain spray equipment. + Utilize plural component spray equipment to apply below-grade polyurethane and maintain spray equipment (similar to truck bedliner application). + Perform the deglaring process on galvanized poles after mixing chemical ingredients to proper specifications. + Operate electrostatic powder coating equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment. + Use measuring devices such as a dew point meter, dry film thickness gauge, and surface profile gauges. **Essential Skills** + Experience with sandblasting and painting. + Proficiency in using and maintaining liquid paint spray equipment. + Ability to use plural component spray equipment. + Knowledge of chemical mixing for deglaring processes. + Skill in using electrostatic powder coating equipment and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry. + Experience as a Cutoff Operator and Lathe Operator. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment. **Work Environment** The position is Level 4 and will involve training on the day shift from 7 AM to 3 PM before moving to the designated shift.
