Job Title:  Painter (GAO)

Job Summary:  EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Painter  in Washington, DC.  This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform painting duties normal to the trade, Painting walls, woodwork, and fixtures, as well as desks, tables, cabinets, machinery and curbs.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years Painting experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

 Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and standing and kneeling for periods of time.
