1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5 AM - 1 PM - $19.50/hr - Paint Hanger or Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM - Laser Shaker

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11 PM - $22.04/hr (Paint Hanger/Laser Shaker)

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM - $21.65/hr (Laser Shaker)

***Daily Overtime and Saturday Overtime based on business needs.***

Painter I is expected to safely complete supervised powder coat paint established procedures, processes, or policies. Paint Hangers safely and efficiently load and unload raw parts from the paint line. The Paint Hangers are expected to move efficiently and safely with the end result being a ready to use part or assembly.


The Painter I (Laser Shaker) is expected to safely complete supervised fabrication established procedures, processes, or policies. Laser Shakers safely and efficiently remove cut parts from sheets of metal. The Laser Shakers are expected to move efficiently and safely with the end result being a ready to use part or assembly.

Major ResponsibilitiesLoading, transferring, and unloading of parts on and/or from paint line Process each part by hanging/racking to paint applicationInspect quality of parts before and after finishing process    Perform work duties in a safe manner and in accordance with policy (including wearing required proper personal protective equipment (including tyvek suite when painting and bump cap when in paint area), work habits and performing appropriate housekeeping dutiesConstantly work in a constantly high heat environmentPerform stock handling duties as required      Exchange and break down racks and prepare for burn-offMaintain proper countsReport all scrap                                                                                        Maintain a clean work environment 
 Minimum Job RequirementsAbility to perform highly repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environmentDetail oriented and organized

Preferred Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentManufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes or related experience

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
