We are seeking a skilled Painter – Level 3 to join our team and help produce high-quality products and services for our customers. In this role, you will be accountable for painting and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality is provided. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nOperate assigned equipment to complete painting tasks.\nPrepare, paint, and apply finish coatings to aircraft components and/or assemblies.\nEngage and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and productivity.\nFacilitate the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth operations.\nAdhere to all safety rules and regulations to promote a safe working environment.\nRecord and report production data accurately and in a timely manner.\nAnalyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement.\nSet up and change over equipment as needed to meet production requirements.\n\nShift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n4+ years of experience in either Aerospace, Automotive, or Marine industry.\nExperience with paint masking of IDs, ODs, surfaces, etc.\n3 years of experience working with engineering to improve the manufacturing process.\nAbility to lift/transport up to 35 pounds.\n\n\n
