Park View, a 5-star rated, 123-bed care center, is hiring a reliable Part-Time Painter/ Maintenance Worker to help maintain our beautiful campus. We offer generous benefits, employee discounts, career growth and much more!  

In this role, you will perform plumbing, carpentry, painting and a variety of other craft work in the maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment. 

This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position working 8 hours a week (either 8 hours in 1 day or 4 hours split into 2 days). Employees get a food discount of $3 per meal during their shift. 

Pay Range: $23.80 - $29.20 / hour depending on experience.

Maintenance Worker responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.Implement and schedule a preventative maintenance program.Follow through on projects with little supervision.Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.

Maintenance worker skills and requirements:

Boiler's license a plus!Prior experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work preferred.Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.Must be available to work on-call as needed.Able to make repairs inside and outside of building.Able to use basic hand tools.
