AristaCare at Manchester is looking for a Painter to join the team. We are looking  for an experienced painter for projects at a Nursing home environment.   The ideal candidate will possess a background in painting and may help with light general constructions projects as needed.  This role requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.  Duties and Responsibilities: + adequately prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding and priming + use patining techniques such as brushing, rollling, and spraying + mix and match paints and finishes as per instruction of the head of maintenance department + coordinate with maintenance department to prioritize projects + repair and smooth damaged surfaces + keep an inventory and handle proper storage and maintenance of paints, tools and equipment + Follow safety protocols within the building and use appropriate personal protective equipment Requirements: + Previous experience in painting is required, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting Shift: Per Diem, as needed #INDarista Powered by JazzHR
