Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Paintline to join their team. As a Paintline, you will be part of the production department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Paintline **Location:** Clare, MI **Pay Rate:** $15.50 an hour 3rd Shift - 12 am to 8 am (Monday thru Friday) **What's the Job?** + Responsible for the appropriate application and quality of paint to all painted parts. + Understand the paint line process from start to finish. + Perform a variety of production duties to support efficiency, quality, and safety in the daily operations of the manufacturing process. + Remove rust, BB's, and any imperfections from surfaces to prepare surfaces for painting. + Record all labor and downtime documenting all information pertaining to each work order and routing. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or GED. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Experience in painting and polishing. + Knowledge of powder coating processes. + Willingness to work from 12 am to 8 am, Monday through Friday.
