ManTech is seeking a Palantir Field Service Representative to join our team in supporting INDOPACOM at Camp Smith, Honolulu, HI

This position requires an active DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance.

Some short term OCONUS travel will be required (Japan)

General Responsibilities:

Work closely with engineers on the team, as well as interfacing with the Product Development team.Support Palantir production footprint and work with Palantir Dev to troubleshoot issues,Write and maintain enterprise data integration pipelines and manage large technical projects, including scoping work, interfacing with other teams, and delegating to other engineers.Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Required Skills:

Active TS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience (5 years’ experience w/o degree)Advanced knowledge of Palantir technology with the ability to speak knowledgeably and credibly about this technology to include to senior leadership (Gotham primary, also Foundry)Conduct formal and informal training sessions on Palantir technologyDo proactive outreach and engagement with user groupsProvide clear and consistent communications both externally and internally with ability to communicate user feedback and onsite signal back to leadershipTroubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team/NOCExperience with conventional joint operational background and experience with maritime, air, or space domains 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience with either Palantir, Gotham or Foundry preferred, but not necessaryGaia (Gotham module) experience and any the following backgrounds is a plus;AOC / MOC / JOC / JTF HQ experienceAir and/or maritime watch floor experienceAll Source / GEOINT in support of near peer problem setsTargeting / Fires in a joint conventional environmentCollection management

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
