POSITION SUMMARY
Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a Lead Use Case Developer to support our data solutions team. This individual will be a lead on a team that is using cutting edge technology to build solutions that work with large volumes of data across multiple platforms. They will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to deliver products that will help drive decision making. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for translating business requirements and building machine learning models through all phases of development.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Extensive experience with Palantir Foundry and its applications
Experience in providing technical leadership to a team
Participation in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs.
Knowledge of creating data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations
Ensure compliance with data security
Managing request for customer facing applications built within machine learning technologies.
Being a visionary who can translate business needs, challenges and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or technical consulting
5+ years’ experience in AI, machine learning, and model development and deployment
Proven experience with Palantir software solutions
Knowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour and Quiver
Strong leadership and project management skills
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
Problem Solving Aptitude
Continuously researches and evaluates emerging technologies.
Excellent Communication skills
Preferred: Strong background in the following areas:
Experience in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with Palantir Foundry, Cognizant, Python, PySpark and Java
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
Certifications such as Foundry Application Developer Foundry Data Analyst, Foundry Data Engineer a plus
