Location Description Our plant, located in Lansing, IL, pasteurizes raw eggs to remove harmful bacteria for a more safe product to the foodservice industry. Responsibilities This position is responsible for safely moving, recording, and tagging palletized product. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Check package quality (dirt, labels are applied, etc.) Operate MR-60 robot Troubleshoot MR-60 including relacing suction cups, adjust taper/rollers, clean filters. Operate Lantech wrap machine including changing rolls of film. Complete necessary documentation? Make sure material is kept separated, neat and stored properly and labeled. To follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines. Perform lock out/tag out Watch, correct and report safety issues. Communicate issues to production management and maintenance. Must be able to follow all of the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and safety procedures. Must be able to follow all of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures, “washing hands, etc.” throughout the day. Must be able to follow all of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines. Must be able to follow all of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures). Must keep all of records updated. Must be able to follow all of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) regulations and guidelines. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous food production/processing prefered LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: PIT Certificate preferred
