Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 3:45 PM-12:00 AM Hourly Rate: $19.99 an hour + $$0.25 shift differential You will work onsite at Conagra's Imlay City facility - Home of the Vlasic brand. You will be assigned to work in the role of Palletizer Operator on the afternoon shift, you report to the Team Lead. You will work directly with your crew leader, fellow operators and warehouse team. You will be available to remain for overtime based on production demand. You will remain on the job until the last case reaches the palletizer which is the final step of the production process. You will generally work 4:00 p.m. until midnight. Your will earn $19.99/hour plus $0.25/hour shift premium. **A Day in the Life of a Palletizer Operator:** The Palletizer Operator operates all Palletizers. You will setup the machines for the proper production run. You will start up the equipment, clear misfeeds, and restart the machine. **Essential duties:** **You Will:** + Operate Alvey palletizing equipment. + You will be trained and authorized for lockout tagout procedures. + Adapt to changing situations. + Work with Crew leader, Quality Team and Team Lead. + Train, direct and lead employees + Complete documentation following standard. + Read and interpret a variety of instructions/documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. + Ensure actions remain consistent with plant safety goals and procedures. + Commit to producing safe, quality food + Understand production schedule. + Responsible for minor repairs and adjustments. + Complete change over tasks promptly. + Help to maintain clutter free environment throughout the Palletizer area, mop and squeegee. + Ensure the conveyors are free flowing from production ramps to Palletizer, check case codes are legible, cases are not damaged or wet with the correct palletizer pattern being used. + Communicate with production line and maintenance. + Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures. + Will perform responsibilities as assigned by Crew Leader or Team Leader. **You Have:** + You can work in a team environment and will need trouble shooting ability. \#LI-Onsite Anticipated Close Date: February 20, 2025 Location: Imlay City, Michigan **Our Benefits:** We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role: + Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insurance + Wealth: Great pay, 401(k)/pension eligibility, financial wellness programs and stock purchase plan + Growth: Career development opportunities, employee resource groups and team collaboration + Balance: Paid-time off and volunteer opportunities **Our Company:** At Conagra Brands, we have a rich heritage of making great food.
