Service Area: Washtenaw County
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.• CPR certification • Hospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.• Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills,• Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills• Must be able to work independently and on a team• Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations• Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-lifeValid Driver's License and reliable personal transportationBenefits:
