**POSITION PURPOSE:**
The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ • Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
+ • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
+ • CPR certification • Hospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.
+ • Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
+ • Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills
+ • Must be able to work independently and on a team
+ • Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations
+ • Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-life
+ Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation
