Join Providence TrinityCare Hospice as a full-time Palliative Care nurse practitioner. The NP will support large community based Palliative Care program in the San Fernando Valley and LA areas. This position is critical to managing growing caseload, contract compliance, and revenue generation. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for professional growth as the role is fairly autonomous, although you will also be supported by a dedicated team when needed. * Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts * Growing Palliative Care program * Mostly in-person visits with some virtual visits * Dedicated and collegial group * New graduates will be considered with experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Home Health, Hematology/Oncology or Pain Management * Compensation is between $144,673.00 and $186,749.00 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
