Overview Dartmouth Health is looking for an academic palliative care physician to join ourpalliative care team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH. Our highly skilled team is comprised of physicians, APPs, RNs, chaplains, and social workers, among others, and boasts an interprofessional fellowship. This position will provide care as part of the outpatient team at the academic medical center. Why should you join us? The successful candidate for this position will be given an academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.
